These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Xsplit, developed under Sun Tzu Technologies. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of the App

Xsplit is a personal expense-splitting tool designed to help users calculate and organize shared expenses for trips, events, or group activities.

The app operates entirely offline and stores data locally on your device.

2. No Account or Service Relationship

Xsplit does not provide financial, banking, accounting, or legal services.

The app is a calculation tool only. All results generated by the app are estimates based on user input.

You are responsible for verifying all amounts before making payments.

Sun Tzu Technologies is not responsible for disputes between users.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree that:

• You enter data accurately
• You verify settlement results before transferring money
• You use the app only for lawful purposes
• You understand the app cannot enforce payments between people

The developer is not involved in any financial transaction between users.

4. Data Storage & Loss

All data is stored locally on your device.

We cannot:

• Recover deleted data
• Restore lost records
• Access your expenses

If you uninstall the app or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost.

You are responsible for backing up your device.

5. No Warranty

Xsplit is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect calculation accuracy in all cases
• Compatibility with all devices
• Continuous availability
• Freedom from software bugs

You use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Tzu Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Payment mistakes
• Financial losses
• User disputes
• Incorrect settlements
• Lost data
• Missed reimbursements
• Any indirect or consequential damages

The app is only a convenience calculator.

7. Intellectual Property

The Xsplit app, logo, and design are property of Sun Tzu Technologies.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Reverse engineer
• Redistribute
• Resell the application

8. Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the app or these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms automatically end when you no longer use the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
